Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Connect with doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals through phone calls and virtual communication channels, ensuring effective dialogue and prompt responses to inquiries.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare stakeholders by engaging in regular follow-ups and providing valuable insights into product offerings tailored to their needs.
Conduct virtual product presentations and consultations to promote healthcare, pharmaceutical, and Ayurvedic products, utilizing persuasive communication techniques to highlight the benefits and features of each product.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement by actively listening to client feedback and addressing concerns in a timely manner, thereby fostering loyalty and trust.
Business Development & Sales
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance objectives through strategic planning and execution, leveraging market insights to align sales efforts with customer demands.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned territories by conducting thorough market analysis and networking with potential clients.
Generate and nurture leads through digital prospecting and telecalling, employing various outreach strategies to convert prospects into loyal customers.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure, ensuring a seamless transition and providing ongoing support to clients post-sale.
Expand customer networks and strengthen existing client relationships through regular communication and personalized service, positioning the company as a trusted partner in their healthcare needs.
Tele-Sales & Outreach
Execute 30+ productive calls and customer interactions daily, maintaining a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm to maximize engagement rates.
Follow up on inquiries, leads, and customer requirements diligently, ensuring that no potential opportunity is overlooked and that clients feel valued throughout the process.
Coordinate with marketing teams to support promotional campaigns, providing feedback from clients that can help refine marketing strategies and enhance outreach effectiveness.
Participate in online webinars, healthcare events, and digital awareness programs to enhance personal knowledge and contribute to the company’s visibility in the healthcare sector.
Market Research & Administration
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
Maintain accurate records of daily activities, customer interactions, and sales reports in CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for future reference.
Ensure compliance with healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing regulations, keeping abreast of any changes in policies that may affect sales practices and product promotion.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Candidates from Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Healthcare, or related backgrounds will be preferred.
Experience
Prior experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Pharma Sales, Medical Representative, Customer Relationship Management, or Healthcare Sales will be an advantage. This experience helps candidates understand the nuances of the sales process, customer needs, and market dynamics, which are critical for success in this role.
Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply. Candidates who have recently graduated but possess a strong enthusiasm for sales and a willingness to learn can bring fresh perspectives and energy to the team.
